Chief Executive Officer

Matt is the CEO of Triple P UK and holds responsibility for the dissemination of the Triple P – Positive Parenting Program® across the UK and Ireland. He is a passionate advocate of using evidence-based practice to help families and communities develop strong, healthy relationships and resilience.
Matt has held various senior roles in the voluntary, statutory and private sectors. He has influenced and implemented health and social care policy across government and held senior positions in charities. He is an Honorary Associate Professor in Family and Parenting Practice and Policy at the University of Warwick, Chair of the Island of Ireland Parenting Network, and is a spokesperson on children and family issues, appearing in national and local media.
Matt previously fostered for over 10 years, and is a former Trustee of the UK National Academy for Parenting Practitioners (NAPP).
Show lessJo Andreini is Operational Manager of Triple P UK, responsible for the commissioning and contracting of the programme, and managing the implementation support provided by the Triple P team to agencies across the UK and Ireland. She is passionate about achieving positive outcomes for children and families, and helps to support organisations to use the very best in evidenced based practice and implementation science to achieve their goals.
Jo has a Master’s Degree in Cognitive and Behavioural Psychology, and a post graduate diploma in Social and Emotional Behavioural Difficulties. She has experience of working within UK local authorities in the adult mental health sector, and in education settings where young people have been excluded from school. Dominic has a Bachelor of Arts (hons) from Newcastle Polytechnic, and a Postgraduate Certificate of Education. He has extensive experience of delivering Triple P to families as part of a community Psychology team within the UK, as well as having a long history of working with children with Severe Learning Disabilities in a residential setting. Dominic currently works as an Implementation and Training Consultant for Triple P UK. A role that involves supporting the implementation of Triple P throughout the UK, as well as the delivery of Triple P training. Dominic also acts as the UK Deputy Head of Training, a role that supports the trainers that work within the UK

Dr Mark Penman (B.Sc., MSc., Ph.D.) has been working with Triple P since 2008. Mark is Chartered member of the British Psychological Society (BPS) and full member of the Division of Forensic Psychology, and also a registered Forensic Psychologist with the Health and Care Professionals Council (HCPC). Mark's role within Triple P has primarily involved the training and support of practitioners and implementation consultation across numerous locations within Scotland, the wider UK, Ireland and Denmark. Prior to working with Triple P Mark worked extensively within the prison service and with youth justice teams across Scotland. One of his main interests is the role of parenting in relation to the reduction of delinquency and ACEs.
